Extremely unhappy loyal customer

Today at 14:26 pm I happily strolled into Nando's to enjoy my favorite quarter chicken and a millie with Extra sauce.

As I am a regular customer I regularly get my food within 10-15 minutes and I was so anxious waiting on my food as 10 minutes turned into 15 minutes and 15 minutes turned into 20 minutes.

When the food arrived I was even more disappointed as the chicken looked different to what it normally looks like (half done) with such a little sauce on the chicken and millie. To top it all off I was given hot chips when I had not ordered any.

I had to be at work at 3pm, I was rather hungry and had to leave upset and in a rush to get to work.

I am extremely disappointed in the service received from Nando's Adderley Street and I am just not satisfied although the manager refunded my money and apologized.

I've been going to Nando's for such a long time and I am very unhappy with my latest experience, normally Nando's gives amazing service and the food is wonderful, therefore I don't mind paying the amount I do for chicken and a miellie.
