Extremely poor service from Nando’s Greenstone,

We placed our order at 6:30 PM, and the online confirmation said the estimated delivery time was around 7:15 PM. We waited until 8:00 PM, only for their so-called “manager Mandela” to call and tell us they couldn’t deliver our food at all. They gave us a bunch of excuses and even claimed that the estimated 7:15 PM delivery time was sent by the company’s system and had nothing to do with their branch. They then pressured us to cancel the order.

If they had called us around 7:30 PM to explain, we might have understood. But making us wait until 8:00 PM before telling us they couldn’t deliver—what kind of service is that? I strongly advise everyone to avoid this place.

While I am writing out this review, a guy name “ Cainan” from Nando’s call Centre calling us now to ask us to collect our food or cancel the order.
