Extremely poor Service from Nando’s Greenstone

Last month I ordered a Nando’s Chicken burger from the Greenstone branch because I work around there. It’s a chicken burger with pine and spicy weggies. I was charged for the pine but never got it. I left it there cause I thought well, just a mistake.

Today I ordered another one. This is what happened. The store was not very busy and the guy that served me went away looking for something... but there were like 3/4 waiters standing around. I waited for my order almost 30min not knowing that my order was actually ready. Not one of those waiters cared to see whose order that was or call out my number, I had to wait for the guy that served me. I got home later on and guess what...??? NO FREAKING PINE ON THE BURGER...!!!
