Extremely poor service

This evening I wanted to treat my family to some chicken from nandos in sunward (my first time buying here) which is usually done to perfection at other branches and my wife especially likes it super saucy.

I ordered a full chicken and asked the cashier to cut it into 4 pieces and make them legs/thighs if possible. She said they will be able to do that. I further requested that the chicken be very saucy, like super saucy and I would pay extra if need be. She said she will do as I say and there's no extra payment.

When I got my order from another employee she confirmed With me what I ordered and I asked if they put extra sauce and she agreed. When I got home I opened that meal and found the driest chicken I have ever bought, even the two sachets of sauce they put in the bag did not do much to to moisten the chicken.

I'm really disappointed because I asked so nicely how I want my meal and after paying so much it really upsets me. But worse of all is the dissatisfaction my family had
