EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
It is so disturbing how disorganized and the Nandos restaurant at Ghandi Sqaure operates. I am more over disgusted by the managers ways of resolving customer queries.. They have no sense of urgency whatsoever. I placed an order for collection over the phone with my airtime 30 minutes before the time i was gonna go pick it up , to avoid having to wait at the restaurant whilst they are preparing my order. Mind you the person i was speaking to over the phone always says the order will be ready for collection in 15 minutes. Now i give them a grace period of 15 more minutes and to get there and find that my order is still not ready and i had to wait for 15 more minutes, is very appalling. I am writing this review because this is not the first time this happens at this specific restaurant as i always order for collection
