Extremely poor customer satisfaction
On he 9th of June 2019, I bought a lemon & herb full chicken from Nando's Newmakert. Subsequently to that I logged onto the Nando's website to vent my dissatisfaction with the service and product I got from the outlet. After a couple of days without getting any contact from the outlet to rectify my dissatisfaction, I posted my concern on this platform. only today I was contacted by the outlet. the lady I spoke to offered me a quarter chicken and a roll for my dissatisfaction, saying that this is because I do not have the full chicken anymore. I feel that this was just a mere way of brushing me off which meant to me that this outlet does not appreciate my patronage at all.
