Extremely pathetic service from Nando's East Rand Mall, Boksburg.

I placed an online order with Nando's East Rand Mall at 11h24 on 8 July 2025. I paid online with my card. The ETA for my order was 12h15, which was fine because my lunch is from 12h30 to 13h00. It is now 13h08 and I am still waiting to receive my order. When you phone the branch you get to a call center. I selected the option to track my order, but the phone kept ringing to infinity and beyond. I redialed and selected the customer complaint option. Got through to Lebati, who managed to get hold of the branch. The manager phoned me and told me that he is trying to get hold of a driver to come and collect my order. This was 12h50. I want my money back from Nando's and they can be sure that I will NEVER order from them again. The order number in question is 274/ST***4. The service received from Nando's is pathetic.
