Extremely horrible service from Rothe (Nandos Eastgate)
It was horrible, terrifying and disgustingly bad! Rathe has a bad attitude and this wasn’t the first time. I always let it slide. Last week when I ordered my combonation meal she didn’t help me check my order she just put it on the side, I then took it and went home. When I got home, one side was missing (coslow) and then yesterday I ordered over the phone and I had to come in and collect then pay. When I got there she just put my order on the side without checking it again if everything was there and she didn’t even bother to ask me if I’ve paid for it or not since I ordered over the phone. If I was mean, I was gonna walk out with my order without paying but I asked her why isn’t she asking me if I paid or not, she continued to give me her stinking attitude. I then went to the till to pay. After, I went back to her to ask for her surname and she didn’t wanna tell me. I ask for it for like 5 times and she didn’t bother to answer. She has a very horrible attitude and it’s disgusting. To think I’m always having lunch at Nandos and that’s the service I always get from her. She needs to be taught a lesson and know that these days we buy service too. We don’t just buy food but service too.
