Extremely dissapointed
On arrival of the meal i received a chicken pita ....i explained to the waiter this is not what i ordered and they replaced it, however the issue im facing is that the replacement was the same pita with veg just added and chicken removed, how i know this is the roasted veg pita does not cum with cucumber and lettuces , i was to exhausted/hungry to make mention of this and did not want my meal to be spiked with glass/plastic as management advised.
I had a issue Sunday at Strand Nandos where i got incorrect food complained and came back with glass/plastic investigations were advised would be done. I was refunded and given another meal that was not up to standard.
i am upset that the prices of nandos increased but not the quality of service as well as the food getting worse each vist. What are Nandos going to do???
