Extremely Disappointing Experience at Nando’s Sea Point

I would like to express my disappointment regarding the experience we had at your Sea Point branch yesterday. We were there to celebrate my mother-in-law’s 65th birthday — a special occasion that was unfortunately made very unpleasant.

Not only did we wait more than 30 minutes for our order, but the food also arrived cold and was brought out in bits and pieces. By the time my chicken was finished, the coleslaw was only then being brought to the table. When I asked the waitress what I was supposed to eat it with, her response and overall attitude were extremely rude and sarcastic. She even gave us dirty looks throughout, which made the experience even more uncomfortable.

We were a group of about 30 people, and our bill was quite high — yet the service and food quality did not reflect the value we expected from Nando’s.

I am truly disappointed and, sadly, will not be visiting that branch again. This was meant to be a happy celebration, but it turned out to be a very frustrating and unpleasant experience.
