EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH NANDOS

Extremely disappointed with Nandos Eldoraigne Saxby.

Placed an order on the app at 11h45 am. Paid for delivery for 17h15 as it is close to breaking my fast. At 17h30 I decided to phone and check up on the order, after providing my order number a gentleman told me that my order was only being prepared in the kitchen. He also asked if I can come and pick the order up. I was so confused because its currently a level 4 lockdown and picking up orders shouldn't even be allowed.

It is now 18h30 and I still haven't received my order. Tried calling again at 17h50 and no one answered.

Extremely disappointed as one would expect a reputable company like Nandos to be way ahead of these type of 'oversights'

If the app allows you to select a delivery time then there's absolutely no excuse for not being able to deliver on time.

At this point I am unsure whether my order(paid for) will be delivered.
