Extra relish
Apparently the one thing Nandos can't give you without a fight is extra relish, even if you are willing to pay for it. The manager arrived with a smile to tell me it won't be possible to provide me with extra relish to eat my pap with because its measured. The unwillingness to compromise and the glouting attitude in saying no all fell away when she realised that there was a button for extra relish on the system. Regardless, in giving me my food, no extra relish came. I had to ask for it again. And then it became that my food must be taken away for the extra relish and that nandos can't bring the extra relish in a smaller dish. It was sickening. Anyway no apologies later Nando must train their staff better

13 Dec 2017, 17:46I recieved a call from some call agent who pathetically called to tell me that I can't ask for more relish- the exact reason I wrote the complaint. Extremely embarrassing to be here playing tennis over relish, but why must i be forced to eat pap the way whoever designed the meal decided pap must be eaten from wherever they come from. If I want extra relish i should be allowed to have it and to pay for it if need be. If nanados position is to tell me that I cant ask for more relish, then its just NOT GOOD ENOUGH.
