Extra charge per item when delivered

Placed an order for delivery from Eagles Landing and when the food arrived, I see there is an additional charge per item, plus delivery fee, if you order your food to be delivered.

When calling customer support I’m told it’s an additional charge per item for food delivery. Asking why, I’m told that it’s the pricing and someone will call me before end of day to explain. It’s the end of the day and no one’s bothered to call.

How do you justify charging an additional amount per item if you want your order delivered, and then charge a delivery fee on top of that?

If I wanted to pay extra I’d order from a delivery service like Mr D.
