I am beyond flabbergasted with this branch!!<br> <br> I ordered a family meal from Nandos and added a 2L Stoney tonight. While enjoying the meal that (thank God) they got correct, I took a sip of my stoney. After a few sips, I tasted a different taste, nothing like what I as used to. I had a few more sips thinking it was just my imagination and again, a really off taste was left in my mouth. <br> <br> As I had a few more, I realised something was not right. I picked up the 2L bottle to check the expiry date and got the shock of my life 19 March 2015!!!<br> <br> I again am DISGUSTED in this service and the level of treatment I get from this branch. I don't feel like they take pride in their customers. I for one am put off Nandos, especially if it means being sick!!!!<br> <br> This is pathetic at its worst.
There's more to Nando's than delicious PERi-PERi chicken. Although that's a big part of it, we also like to ruffle our feathers about the exceptional experience we create on the whole at our restaurants across South Africa and the world.
