Exceptionally Poor Service and Bad Attitude
On Sunday 29 November we went to the Nandos drive through. We got there at 9:15pm but the Nandos was still open so we proceeded. In front of us in the drive through were 2 cars. They both got served. When we got to the lady to take our order. She looked at us and disappeared. After waiting a few minutes we called to her, she came back and said to us promptly that they are closed and walked off. We had just been waiting in the queue watching the other cars getting served but when we get there they are suddenly closed?? At 9:20pm?? A place will either close at 9pm (which in that case they would not have served the other customers) or at 9:30 (which would then have given us enough time) Unacceptable treatment of customers.
There's more to Nando's than delicious PERi-PERi chicken. Although that's a big part of it, we also like to ruffle our feathers about the exceptional experience we create on the whole at our restaurants across South Africa and the world.
