Excellent Service provided by Hloni at Nando's Jean Crossing

Good Day Nando’s,

I want you to know how much I appreciate the excellent service that I received from Hloni Lentswana at Nando’s Centurion Jean Crossing on Sunday (2 October 2022). Her great communication skills coupled with her willingness to help customers is highly commendable. This is the most excellent customer service I received at a Driver Thru. So I managed to get to Nando’s Jean Crossing a few minutes before they close and I was travelling with my family my 8 year old daughter who was begging for Nando’s the whole way. I was panicking in the queue as there were 6 cars ahead of me and I thought that I would be rudely told to leave as that’s the service that we have to tolerate at the restaurants.

I was marvelled by the excellent I received, So I got to the counter and the lady told me that they are closed however there is still meat that I can still buy and I will need to talk to the manager. When the manager (Hloni Lentswana) came through, She kindly greeted me and my family and I advised the options that they have and informed me that it would take a few minutes to pack and asked me to park my car and walk into the store to make the payment. I proceeded to the store and made the purchase. I was very impressed by the Service this lady afforded me and I wish that she continues with the Excellent Service and hope that everyone in that store follows her approach of Service Excellence. As I was waiting for my order there was a Takelot (Mr D) guy who grew impatient that he was waiting for around 15 minutes to pick up an order. The guy who works there responded to the Takelot guy in a rude manner and I was astonished in the manner that Hloni reprimanded that rude guy and immediately apologised to the Takelot guy and demanded the staff to do the same. That also stood up as I was happy with the service and I was more impressed on how she handled that situation.

I greatly applaud her and I am happy that I received an excellent service from Hloni Lentswana. I got a 11 out of 10 service and I am very impressed. I wish that Hloni continues with the beautiful service she provides.
