Excellent recovery
For a second time we placed a phone order with Nandos black Heath and received a confirmation sms but when we arrived to collect the order had not been placed. I think the manageress Nomonde came to help us and she made no excuses and asserted control over the situation in the most exceptional manner. Her handling of the situation and attitude were not only on par with my belief of what the Nandos brand should be but also far exceeded it.
