Excellent customer service

I went to Nandos Birch Acres Tembisa Branch, and it was my first time to visit that Nandos, there is an employee by the name Paul, Nandos I dont think you must stand to loose an employee such as Paul, what a humble soul who do the job with passion, serving customer with all his heart, he work alone without checking what other employees are doing, he prepare orders for customers alone, while other emoployees are busy talking, he see that orders are many and customers are waiting, he went to call orders and give to customers by himself were as someone was suppose to assist him by calling orders while he is preparing, I have visited lot of Nandos in South Africa I never see an employee like Paul. Nandos you must do something about paul, he deserve better.
