Excellent and helpful service received at Sunward park restaurant by Ntombi

I made a mistake when placing an order on the app instead of selecting Mall@Carnival I left it at sunward park restaurant which was my place of last order , I contacted the branch and lady who assisted me I think her name was Ntombi (I might be incorrect) was helpful and friendly and I could tell she was willing to assist as she informed me that the order might already be prepared but she will find out what can be done to assist as I can only collect the order after work at 5:30 . She promised to contact me back and she did just that . I really appreciate her willingness to assist and the effort she made to try and move the order to a later time , Thank you Ntombi
