Employee abuse

I am utterly disgusted by what I saw yesterday at one of shops. I always wondered why your employees are always grumpy and are rude to customers, now I understand. One of the ladies at your store ( I heard one of the workers refer to her as Mpho or Nto, I am not certain) she is rude and disrespectful towards staff. How do u expect your workers to give 100% service when the manager is busy shouting at the employees and speaks to them like they are a bunch of unruly children while the store is full of customers? I have heard a lot of people complain about the poor service at your Lenasia Signet Terrace store. Looking at the person who was servicing me yesterday, I could tell she doesn't want to be there, not because she hates her job, but because of the ill treatment from the lady manager. The work environment seems toxic, those poor employees only tolerate it because they probably have no plan B and it is reflected on how customers are treated. Happy employees = happy customers. I will never go to that store, this is not my 1st complaint about that store, I wrote a google review about the staff attitude a year ago and clearly u did nothing about it. I suppose u are one of the employers who promote employee abuse. That is disgusting and you should be ashamed. That lady has 0 management s****s and reduces staff morale, she either needs training or be let go. Your other staff deserve a bells for putting up with the ill-treatment. I know I would have punched her if i worked with her and she spoke to me like that. Bull****.
