I laid a complaint on the 3rd of September with regards to the bad service in i encountered earlier that day at Nandos ,Kempton Park . I immediately received a call from the customer service , who listened to me as i went into details , i really felt my feedback was valued .

Humbling I received a call from the manager at the Kempton Park branch , who extensively apologized for the incidence and sincerely made me understand it was something out of the norm and never to be repeated again .
