****ED UP SERVICES
WOOOORST SERVICE EVER! FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE TO THE MENLYN MALL BRANCH. Placed an order online around past 7 in the evening it was supposed to arrive around 19:55. Past 8 my food was not yet delivered,called the menlyn branch and was no answer, called their customer service and the lady who assisted said she would call the manager to call me and guess what? I DIDN'T receive any call... I called again and was assisted by a different person who told me to hold the line and never got back to till my airtime got finished and cut the line. I'm really disappointed at Nando's for their poor service... The least they could have done is get back to me regarding my order. Now other shops are closed we have no food and Nando's didn't deliver my food. DISSAPOINTING!
