Eating with flies and manager doesnt see a problem with it
Today i bought a meal for my daughter and I at Nandos Mitchells plain Promenade. After paying we sat down and 4 tables were dirty and flies were sitting on those tables. I paid at 13:36 at about 13:50 we got our food minus my daughters tropical sunset cooldrink. When i got the waiters attention he said he didnt forget at this was at 14:02. A little girl accompanied by her grandfather had to clean their table whilst he stood in the queue. I called the manager who refused to give me her full name all i got was "Olly" she didnt seem at all apologetic she looked at me with a smirk on her face. Whilst we had to sit and eat with flies a table with 3/4 nandos employees was enjoying their lunch not far from us. I am disgusted as this issue i raised last year with a male manager and nothing is being done about it. It seems that when you raise a concern in your store it is being ignored and we get laughed at. I speak fluent isiXhosa and your staff think i dont know what they saying about me behind my back. I have pictures to prove all of my allegations if you like. I am disgusted in your service "Sies we must eat with flies"
