Durbanville Nandos I don't care attitude curbside
Nandos Durbanville offers online a curbside service but in reality they do not. I wait outside with order number and they ignore. I call someone from the door and they say I must come in. I show them my curbside order and they tell me to go to the little window for delivery drivers and pay. I call the Manager... She does not even look at me... Just says they do not offer this service and says she will escalate it. I say do you want my number and she says she will escalate it. What the hell is she going to escalate?

02 Jul 2021, 12:58I received a call back explaining the error in their misrepresented curbside service. An apology for their poor handling of the situation and their ongoing attempts to get the self prepared for their advertised service were promised. I hope for their sake the staff are made aware of this issue and handle it better for the next client, until the curbside issue is resolved with franchise. But I thank Nandos for making an effort to contact me. Good luck!
