Dry meal from Pretoria north

I ordered online from Pretoria north and the chicken was very dry, wedges were not spicy as per my request and no cutlery was provided. I feel like I wasted my R269 with the meal that I did not enjoy. I normally order from wonderpark and wanted to try Pretoria north but I was left disappointed.
