Dry Chicken. Lazy Chewy Wrap

I ordered the pulled chicken wrap from your Welkom branch yesterday and to say I’m disappointed would be putting it mildly.

Firstly there was no shredded lettuce or diced tomatoes as shown in the picture on the menu, instead it was some dry huge (not pulled) sliced chunks of chicken and your coleslaw salad. Why is there coleslaw in my wrap???? The tortilla itself tasted chewy and tough, I suspect it was microwaved and not oven heated or it was just stale.

I’m very unhappy. This isn’t the first time I’ve been given dry overcooked chicken or just been packed a lazy poorly prepared meal from this branch.
