Dry chicken and Peritato
Iam so disappointed with Nandos Savoy, i bought one full chicken with two sharing side which was the Peritato and Chips from Nando's Savoy on the 08.07.2019 i was served by Hlengiwe order number 412, first they cut the chicken into 8 pieces without asking me if they should cut it or not, and when i asked why they cut the chicken they said because i did not tell them that they should cut it or not, then the Peritato was dry, there was no mayo it was like they just took the potato's and sprinkled them with garlic and that was it, the chips were hard and the chicken was dry, i have bought the Peritato from two different Nando's the one in Sandton and the one in Greenstone, the Peritato is not dry so why is the one at Nando's Savoy dry, was it because they ran out of Mayo or they just don't care about preparing their food to the customer's satisfaction.
There’s more to Nando’s than delicious PERi-PERi chicken. Although that’s a big part of it, we also like to ruffle our feathers about the exceptional experience we create on the whole at our restaurants across South Africa and the world.
