DRY, BOILED, FLAVOURLESS FOOD

Nando's Canal Walk.

I've been to this restaurant twice, October 2021 & April 2022.

Both times were horribly disappointing. Last year the food was cold, lacked sauce despite asking for extra sauce and the rice was clumped together. I overlooked it thinking perhaps the staff was tired from a long day.

This time however I felt horrible because it was my father-in-law who came down from Jhb who ordered. His burger was dry, the burger had no sauce, no lettuce, a ridiculously thick tomato slice .and the chicken was smaller than the roll and tasted boiled instead of grilled and spicy as he ordered. What was advertised and what was received.

A chicken burger that was meant to be Hot in flavour, well made and tasty was actually VERY DISAPPOINTING.

Management needs to sort this out as the restaurant was not busy at all during our time of purchase.

It's a surprise the doors are still open.
