DRY and UNAPPETIZING Meal!!!

Hi there, I am so upset...I placed an order on Uber eats (Sandton City Sore), I ordered a Hot Pot and asked for Extra Sauce. However, when I got my order, the meal was nothing but DRY and UNAPPETIZING!!! I also requested cutlery which was not included. What am I supposed to use? My hands???????????? This just ruined my appetite as I was really looking forward to this meal. I have pictures for reference and my order number is #A9A50 - 107 Nokuthu1 is the one who assisted.
