Dry and Burnt

First time using Nando's Coastlands in South Beach Durban. Bought a full chicken yesterday and asked for extra sauce. When I git home I was beyond disappointed, the chicken was burnt and dry with no extra sauce. To think we pay so much but you do not meet our needs.
