driver knocks into my gate&then gets aggressive

At 16:45 my wife call Nando's to place an order at then Rivionia branch-8 telephone follow up calls later the food arrives. The delay as per the person on the either side of the phone was that because it is raining there is only one driver with a car as the bikes cannot be used. So why did you not advise your customers to expect a delay due to the circumstances when the order was placed and or also update customers to expect a delay. My order arrives at 7pm!!!!. The driver with the huge bakkie that doesn't seem a very experienced driver is so hesitant and nervous driver delays so long that the gate now closes onto his car. Gate doesn't get seriously damaged. So the driver now gets aggressive with me claiming it is my error as I intentionally close the gate on him. He knows insists on this claim. During this time, heavy rain I am trying to get the gate to close as it is a huge security risk to my family. I had to eventually depress my panic button for my private security armed response to assist, before the situation gets ugly.Adt comes, gets them to leave, with their ice cold food that came two hours later?????I get my to work again (soaking wet from the rain) luckily my wife, 3 y
