Dried out chicken

Hi

We went to Nandos Pavillon for lunch Sunday 29 January 2017. We waited for more more then 30 mins for someone to even come to our table. I had to flag down more then 3 waiters. All just walking pass not acknowleging the customers. When we finally got our food it was cold and dry and tasted like it was standing out for a long time. This was after me telling the lady who took my order that we want extra sauce. We love Nandos and its on our list of places to eat but its slowly making its way of that list. Also just a suggestion all the sauce is on the skin so when the skin is taking of you are left with white dry chicken. Maybe make 2 cuts on the chicken for the marinate to penetrate the chicken. So the flavour goes throughout the chicken. Wonder why customers ask for extra sauce?
