Dried Chicken

On Wenesday ( 30 March ) we order Nandos from the branch on Edwin Swales. We thought we get it delivered as we always go there and are regular customers and wanted to have the pleasure of enjoying the meal in the comfort of our home.We called in an placed the order and asked the cashier to please add more basting to the chicken because the last 2 times the chicken was dry but editable. The cashier assured me that the always add basting so that customers dont receive dry chicken. Upon receiving the delivery OMG the worst chicken every the chicken was sooo dry and raw still where i had to put it back in the oven and add home made nando sauce to the chicken do that is at least had some sauce to eat. We had visitors that day and didnt still have time to complain so i made a plan. the very same night my neighbor from the same complex ordered from nandos same branch and the same thing happens where the chicken was dry with no basting. I will never purchase from that branch again and will make sure i put my experience on social media.
