Douglasdale Nandos Pathetic!

I do not think Nandos is interested in customer service. I visited Nandos Douglasdale today and the food was terrible. The place was untidy with flies roaming around. The food, chicken was cold, rolls were stale. My husband called the manager and told her about the bad quality of food. We didn't want a refund, but expected them to up their quality and it has deteriorated from the last time we had went there. The manager didn't even bother, all she did was walk away and never came out of the kitchen. The restaurant was empty and and this was around 12.30, and it doesn't surprise me as the food is terrible and I'm not sure what type of customer service training Nandos offers its staff, it's pathetic! I called the customer call Centre and was told that the call will be logged and I MIGHT get a call from someone in 48 hours. Imagine this. This is not the first bad experience with nandos. Last year we went to nandos in wilgehewel and sent an email complaining about the food to nandos customer service Centre. To date, no reply. It goes to show why the stores are no longer as busy as they were and also that Nandos doesnt bother about customers and service provided by the franchised stores. I will never visit Nandos again. Their service is atrocious!
