Don't Order From Nando's Fearie Glen - they'll take your money and not deliver your food.
I ordered from the Nando's app at 17:00. The app stated my food would be delivered by 18:00. I was on a call when someone phoned me. Six minutes after his last call I returned the call, the person did not answer. Nando's Fearie Glen phoned me 9 minutes later saying the driver was back and would now first deliver other orders before returning to me which would take 30 minutes. I asked for a refund. The store phoned me and refused to refund me.

23 May 2022, 07:57I have subsequently been contacted by Nando's who could also not believe what happened. I was asked for the name of the person who refused to refund me. I could not remember the name but was told he was the manager at Faerie Glen Nando's. I have subsequently had no reply from Nando's.
