Don't deliver in time

I placed an order with Nando's Modderfotein branch. My delivery was to get to me 13.30 pm as what their application said. I called their call center twice to track my order. I spoke to Karabo who promised to call back but nothing happened. I ended talking to the store manager Siphemandla who kept on apologizing continuously but could not eat at lunch hour. The manager did not even have the decency of calling me to explain the dealy.
