Do you call this service?!
being a public holiday, the branch was very busy. They should have firstly catered for this by having more staff present as there was only 1 lady taking orders, and keeping more stock as the chips were all out by 12pm. Some people were waiting from 30min up to 2 hours for food. When a certain person complained as the manager kept saying 15 min and not keeping her promise, He complained to her. The worst part was when the manager argued back and laughed at him and insulted him. I don't mind waiting, but the service was shocking and rude. I enjoy nandos, but I shall never buy from this branch again due to the bad service.
