Do not follow through with promises
We received a terrible meal from Nandos Eagle Landing. We logged a complaint with customer service and the apparent manager from the store called and made the matter worse. I escalated again and the apparent area manager gave me a call on Friday and assured me she would give us a voucher for the amount of the meal (R244) and leave it at Nandos Allens Nek that weekend and send me an sms to confirm. To date I have received no confirmation that my voucher was been left at the store. Clearly Nandos management does not care about customer service
