Disturbing service received from Nando's Rivonia

It is with great disappointment that Nando's Rivonia only contact me after a month that I sent a review of their disarrange service and they still have the nerve to ask about the transaction apart from the fact they did not supply the products as requested. Honestly if this is how Nando's operate I will not be visiting them again., my complaint was still not addressed yet let alone ensure the service will be improved.... ya neh... clap once
