Dissatisfied with service

I am really appalled by your Heidelberg store not once or twice I've received poor service and horrible food.

I came in the store and ordered at 17:54 and I only got my order at 18:40.

1. The cashier told me that my order will be ready in 15 minutes. 2. Came back 6 min later and waited as my 15 minutes was not up. 3. Few minutes later I see there's no meat on your famous grill, and I asked one of your stuff where's the meat she said Aahh it's still in the oven did they not tell you, I said no and she walked away. 4. Tuns of meat looking boiled approached the grills, and it was literally grilled for less than 10 minutes. 5. Got my order which I specified that it must be well done with extra sauce and left the store, and I also observed that your spinach is cooked in the microwave 🙄. 6. GOT HOME STRARTED TO DISH UP FOR MY FAMILY TO CUT THE STORY SHORT I HAD TO PUT YOUR WATERY CHICKEN WITH NO SAUCE IN THE AIRFRYER TO GRILL IT AGAIN.

I AM REALLY DISAPPOINTED MAYBE YOU SHOULD CONSIDER MOVING BACK TO THE BUILDING IN TOWN, THE FOOD AND SERVICE WAS GREAT BEFORE YOU MOVED TO THE MALL.
