Dissatisfied customer

I'm really disappointed in how Jabulani Mall Nandos is preparing orders. I usually order my food online and go and pick up when it's ready. About a month ago I ordered full chicken with four sides. I had spinach which was very bland and soggy and not fresh at all the rice was too salty and the bun in which you share was heavily salted and the chicken was average however i did not complain. Today I ordered a Full Chicken online and went to go collect.. when I got home the chicken was boney and was cut into 8 but it had 3 wings.. that chicken was not fresh they just poured sauce on it and served it. I feel like when you order online you get different treatment because the food is not freshly served.
