Dissatisfied

I visited Nandos Wonderpark and would like to provide feedback on the service I experienced. Unfortunately, I must express my dissatisfaction with the overall service quality. Upon arrival, we placed our order, but the staff seemed preoccupied and engaged in loud conversations. Eventually, they approached us and regretfully informed us that they were unable to fulfill our order. The attitude of the staff member who relayed this information was quite disappointing. It is disheartening to have placed an order only to witness her raising her voice at another colleague, stating that our order could not be processed due to its unavailability.
