Dissappointed customer

I called to place an order on thursday at Nelspruit brown street over the phone , so i got a call from a gentlemen telling me , my order will be ready for collection in 10 min, I drove all the way to Nelspruit brown street and wasted my petrol , the ladies there told me they closed and they busy cleaning.
