Dissapointing visit to Nandos
Hi,<br> <br> I visited your store in west street.<br> <br> I had a National meeting and needed to provide lunch for 10 National staff.<br> I ordered 10 meals, 3 2l cokes,10 deserts and 2 starters.<br> <br> I ordered it at 12 18 in the store personally.<br> at 12 45 I still did not have the food???<br> <br> at 12 55 I had to ask for the manager to resolve!<br> <br> I was number 42 and at the time of leaving they were giving food out to number 77???<br> <br> At that stage the food was cold and all the chips ended up in the bin!<br> <br> R850 later and a terrible exp from Nandos.
