Dissapointed ,will never ever again use Nandos

I made an order ro Nandos Wonderpark on the 24th December via Uber Eats. Ended up cancelling as the network wasn't good. I then ordered again but kept getting errors and then I called the restaurant and advised that I want to cancel. To my surprise a driver was sent to my place to deliver and I explained that the order was canceled.

Nandos has charged me for the food I never received. I want my refund,will not allow Nandos to do as they please with us.Who signed for the food? I need my refund ASAP.

I even forgot the guys name but since your calls are recorded I can provide you with the exact time I made the call.
