Dissapointed service

I went to Nando's Sandridge and ordered a hotpot and the 2 quarter special with coleslaw.First of all I get home and find only one piece of chicken when i am supposed to get 2 quarters .When i asked for 2 leg pieces the teller rudely tells me with this promo i dont get to choose what piece i want i asked for extra sauce and got dry chicken .Then the hotpot the rice smelled and tasted off it was disgusting like 3 day old rice ?How do we accept such things from places we pay for our food ?I basically ate a dry piece of chicken and nothing else that i had paid for this is ridiculous !Sandridge nandos has always been a good place to eat at but seems the standards have dropped .
