Dissapointed in the food an service from Nandos Chatsworth

Terrible service from nandos Chatsworth. I purchased a full pack meal with starters. The chicken was burnt and stale and had a awful taste close to the bone. The manager at the store refuse to refund me, she did not even take my details to get the person in charge to contact me. I will not support this franchise.
