Dissapointed
I ordered from Nandos around 17:40 yesterday, I had children that needed to eat and visitors that were heading home. I was hoping they would have something to eat before they leave. The estimated time of arrival for the food was 18:30. After numerous calls the food arrived at 20:05 and it was not even tasty anymore, the salad was wilted as well. My visitors left without food and I had to get other food for my kids. I will never recommend the Nandos delivery in Mafikeng to anyone.

13 Jun 2021, 14:05The manager contacted me to say sorry. As my 3 year old always says "Sorry doesn't help." I was inconvenienced and embarrassed. I don't have a guarantee that this won't happen again and all the manager could say was sorry. I had to give buy other food for my visitors and my children which the visitors could take with them on the road.
