dissapointed

I really love Nandos, but Nandos Croydon in kempton park is just a dissapointment. I buy lunch through the drive through every second day and always ask for cuttlery and hot sauce but the dissapointment when i get to my office to enjoy my lunch, no extra sauce, no cutlery. Not sure if the staff use these items for themselves. i keep telling and reminding them each time, but they simple dont care. it might seem like a small complaint, by why have hot sauce if i cant have quantity i want and is cutlery not for eating. Dissapointed daily by croydon nandos kempton park.
