Dissapointed
My meal was given to me incomplete. You missed the regular sized wedges I ordered and the halloumi on my sweet chilli chicken burger doesn't even deserve to be called halloumi, instead it must rather be called a SMALL slice of cheese, I couldn't even taste the halloumi on the burger, this is unacceptable!! (all the burgers that I bought ALWAYS had two LARGE pieces of halloumi on it, not a small slice of cheese). This is the 4th time that I ordered that burger and the FIRST time that you completely *****ed up my meal. If you expect me to pay R60 for a burger, then you better get your act together!! Please don't get kfc's manners where you constantly receive incomplete meals OR Mcdonalds where you receive meals that can barely be called a meal.
There's more to Nando's than delicious PERi-PERi chicken. Although that's a big part of it, we also like to ruffle our feathers about the exceptional experience we create on the whole at our restaurants across South Africa and the world.
